Where is our meat processed?
We take our meat to Springfield Meats in Richland, PA and Lehigh Valley Meats in Nazareth, PA. They are both USDA certified facilities.

How does the pricing work for bulk orders like quarters or halves?
The pricing for ordering bulk boxes is based on the weight of each individual animal. You will be paying per lb. for the hanging weight of the animal. The hanging weight of the animal is the weight the butcher gives us after the animal has been taken back to the butcher shop to hang.
